Privacy Policy
SIT (Nautic Computer SL) is committed to protecting the privacy of its users and clients. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPD-GDD).
Data controller
Nautic Computer SL, CIF B63293427. Privacy contact email: sit@sit-info.com
Data we collect
We collect data you voluntarily provide through our contact form (name, company, email, phone, message). Additionally, for B2B commercial prospecting, we process data of legal entities and their legal representatives obtained from public sources, specifically the Official Gazette of the Commercial Registry (BORME), which is publicly and freely accessible.
Purpose of processing
Contact form data is used to respond to inquiries, manage the commercial relationship and, with express consent, send commercial communications. BORME data is used exclusively for initial commercial contact (a single communication), always offering the option to opt out. We do not create individual profiles or conduct personalised tracking without consent.
Legal basis
Contact form data processing is based on the consent of the data subject. B2B prospecting data from BORME is processed based on SIT's legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR), as it concerns legal entities' data published in an official public registry with minimal privacy impact.
Providers and transfers
We use: Microsoft Exchange Online (email delivery, data processed in the EU); Cal.com (self-hosted on our server); own infrastructure on European cloud (OVH, France). We may occasionally use the Anthropic API (USA) for automated technology support tasks. Data is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Data retention
Contact form data is retained for as long as necessary for service delivery and up to 6 years for tax and commercial obligations. BORME prospecting data for companies with which no commercial relationship has been established is anonymised 24 months after collection.
Cookies
This website only uses third-party cookies if you accept them in the cookie notice: Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.), to measure how many people arrive from our ads and send the contact form. They are not used for personalised advertising. If you reject them, no Google code is loaded. You can change your choice at any time from the «Cookie settings» link in the footer.
Data subject rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by emailing sit@sit-info.com. If you have received a prospecting email and do not wish to receive more, simply reply with 'unsubscribe' or click the unsubscribe link included in the message.
